PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a heavy-metal processing agent having an effective component of an amine carbodithioic acid salt generates a harmful carbon disulfide and the like when storing, transporting and using especially at high temperatures, and moreover a problem that the carbon disulfide inhibition by the addition of amine elutes amine after the heavy-metal processing. SOLUTION: This heavy-metal processing agent containing a piperazine-N-carbodithioic acid salt and at least a carbodithioic acid salt of amine excepting piperazine can inhibit the occurrence of carbon disulfide even when storing, transporting and using especially at high temperatures and moreover can be used safely without the run-off of amine after the heavy-metal processing.
