The apparatus has a cylindrical tensioner housing (1) for axial guide of pot-shaped clamping piston (2a) for stretching a traction structure for generation of traction voltage partially over a pressure spring (5) accommodated in the housing. A bottom side of the pot-shaped clamping piston is filled with an elastomeric material (3) for mechanical attenuation, on which a support structure (4a) pushes a part of the housing when operating the clamping piston so as to compress the elastomeric material when placing the clamping piston into the tensioner housing.
