<p>The invention provides an apparatus and a method for mechanically assembling wire clip containers from a container (1), a cover (2) and a plurality of wire elements, such as a bottom surround ring (3), a clasp (4), a top surround ring (5), a clamping clip (6) and a clamping lever (7), which together form a flap hinge and a clamping fastener, in which, in a first joining portion I, in the first automatic assembly machine (22), the container (1) is provided with a surround ring (3) and the clamping clip (6) and the clamping lever (7) are assembled, and, in a second joining portion II, in the second automatic assembly machine (23), the cover (2) is provided with a surround ring (5) and the container (1) is connected to the cover (2), wherein the automatic assembly machines (22; 23) are arranged rigidly and fixed in position above a transportation path (27; 28; 29), which is designed to be adjustable partially upwards, and wherein joining movements are generated by slides, grippers and brushes having drive elements such as hydraulic cylinders or electric motors.</p> |
