Disclosed is a vinyl punching apparatus for forming a hole on a film. The vinyl punching apparatus comprises: a main body; a guide roll formed on the upper part of the main body to supply a film; an encoder formed at the lower part of the guide roll to transmit a signal by judging whether the progress of the film is stopped; a plurality of punching devices which are spaced apart from each other at regular intervals at the lower part of the encoder to punch the supplied film; one or more rollers formed adjacent one side of the punching device; a guide rail formed below the punching device and the roller to guide the punching device and the roller; a driving shaft formed below the guide rail to adjust a distance during operation of the punching device; a servo motor formed at the side of the driving shaft to operate the driving shaft; and an interval adjusting part formed below the driving shaft to adjust an interval according to the standard of the vinyl. The vinyl punching apparatus according to the present invention can exactly punch film at correct punching position into an accurate size and minimize the volume by compressing the inside of the vinyl film by discharging air due to punching so as to contribute to reduction of distribution costs and increase of productivity. |
