The present invention relates to a supplementary health food, molded of a paste in which 550-600 g of cabbage juice, 40-50 g of glutinous rice powder, 40-50 g of hemp powder, 20-30 g of Atractylis Rhizoma powder, 40-50 g of dried ginger powder, 40-50 g of cornus fruit powder, 40-50 g of balloon flower root powder, 40-50 g of Cordyceps militaris powder, 40-50 g of Polygonatum odoratum powder, 40-50 g of Opuntia humifusa powder, 5-10 g of Brassica juncea powder, and 5-10 g of Xanthium strumarium powder are mixed into tablets which are then dried. The supplementary health food of the present invention composed as above can warm the body at the time of ingestion thereof, improve digestive function, and promote bowel movement. |
