An internal voltage generating circuit according to the present technology includes: a voltage generating unit which changes the voltage level of a first internal voltage by comparing the voltage level of the first internal voltage with the voltage level of a first reference voltage, outputs the changed voltage as a first pumping voltage, changes the voltage level of a second internal voltage by comparing the second internal voltage with a second reference voltage according to a control signal, and outputs the changed voltage as a second pumping voltage; and a switch unit which outputs the first pumping voltage as the first internal voltage and determines whether to output the second pumping voltage as the second internal voltage according to the control signal. |
