Disclosed is an assembling structure of an undercover of a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the assembling structure of an undercover of a vehicle is joined to a space between a bumper cover and a vehicle body to seal an opening. The undercover comprises a cover part; a bumper lip integrated with the front end of the cover part; and a hooking protrusion protruding downwards from the rear end of the cover part. A seating part is formed at the bottom of a front end module installed between the bumper cover and the vehicle body to accept the hooking protrusion. |
