The present invention relates to a filtering structure (200) of a sludge discharging device by which waste water including sludge is fed therein in order to be filtered. The filtering structure comprises: an accommodating member (210) that has a particular spatial part (211) therein and is equipped with an opening and closing part (220) formed at one side thereof in order to enable a user to take out a filtering tank (230) that is accommodated in the spatial part (211); a filtering tank (230) that is equipped in the spatial part (211) of the accommodating member (210) in order to be capable of being taken out and accommodate the waste water that is fed therein; and a filtering member (240) that is disposed inside the filtering tank (230) so as to filter the waste water that is fed in the filtering tank (230). The filtering tanks are installed in layers so as to treat a large amount of waste water and enhance space utilization so that the filtering tanks can be taken out by means of a sliding technique. Accordingly, filters installed in the filtering tanks can be easily replaced or washed even when waste water is accommodated in the filtering tanks.
