Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof, capable of solving a problem of distorting a voltage of a data line precharged by an initialization operation in a structure having the reduced channel numbers by sharing the data line between the neighboring pixels. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display panel in which a plurality of pixels are defined; an EM driving unit for providing an EM signal; a data driving unit having a plurality of channels to provide data voltages; a multiplexer driving unit for alternatively connecting, to one channel, odd n^th and even n^th data lines which are connected to two neighboring pixels in response to first and second multiplexer control signals; and a scan driving unit for providing the pixel with a scan signal having at least two enabling level sections during a first horizontal period. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device, which shares the data channels between the neighboring pixels, proceeds with the initialization when the odd n^th pixel is driven by dividing the compensation section into the initialization section and the sampling section which are consecutively proceeded. Therefore, although there is a distortion in the data voltage by a reference voltage, the organic light emitting display device can improve a decline in the image quality by restoring to an original voltage level. |
