The present invention relates to a rock bolt pressing and fixing device includes: a rock bolt (100) inserted into a bored hole formed on rock at one end portion thereof and partially exposed to the outside at the other end portion thereof and having at least two or more pairs of locking grooves formed on both sides of the exposed end portion thereof in the lengthwise direction thereof; a pair of coupling bodies (200) fitted to the locking grooves in such a manner as to be not rotatable and having a screw surface formed on the outer peripheral surfaces; an elastic pressing plate (300) having a center guide hole formed at the center thereof to guide the rock bolt in such a manner as to be brought into close contact with the portion around the inlet of the bored hole at one surface thereof; and a pressing nut (400) screw-coupled to the screw surfaces of the coupling bodies to press the elastic pressurizing plate. According to the present invention, when the pressing nut (400) is tightened in the state where the coupling bodies (200) is locked onto the rock bolt (100) at the time of fixing the rock bolt (100) to the rock surface, the pressing nut (400) is screw-coupled to the coupling bodies (200), while pressing and fixing the elastic pressing plate (300), thus ensuring stable fixing force and easy installation. |
