PURPOSE: A method for converting size of a display screen dynamically in response to grip and an apparatus thereof are provided to dynamically enlarge/reduce an active area where a screen is displayed, on the basis of grip by a user. CONSTITUTION: Touch is sensed in a pre-determined area of an active area (90) where contents are able to be displayed. If touch is sensed in the pre-determined area, a part in the active area is converted into a dead area (90b), which does not display contents, on the basis of the touch area. The size of a live area (90a), where current contents are displayed, is changed within the active area. |
