Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for providing a composite video content, wherein the method is performed by a video content providing server. A composite video content providing method, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: acquiring video content selection information; acquiring insertion object information; acquiring a video content indicated by the content selection information, and an insertion object indicated by the insertion object information; composing the video content and the insertion object to generate the composite video content; and transmitting the composite video content to a viewer terminal. |
