The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device. The door opening and closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a push unit arranged on one side of a door to be pushed; a pull unit coupled to the push unit to be pulled; a latch assembly arranged between the push unit and the pull unit, which has a latch selectively hung on the wall where the door is installed; a first guide device arranged on the push unit to guide the movement of the latch and have an inclined part obliquely formed in a set direction; a second guide device arranged on the pull unit and which integrally moves with the first guide device; and a guide protrusion arranged to be movable along the inclined part. |
