<p>The present invention relates to a decomposition and removal method of pesticide residue components of agricultural products using a low-temperature plasma jet. A decomposition and removal method of the present invention is performed by a corona discharge plasma jet (CDPJ); no effect is induced on the temperature rise due to low-temperature plasma jet treatment by directly processing on the surface of the agricultural products; long-term storage stability is provided without any change in a surface shape and colors of the agricultural products; and exclusive decomposition and removal of pesticide components remaining on the surface is possible at a level of 65-100% in 5 minutes.</p> |
