A large low speed multi cylinder turbo charger two-cycle single current internal combustion engine includes a cylinder including at least one exhaust valve (11) and at least one cam shaft (28) with an exhaust cam (29) and a hydraulic push rod connected to the exhaust valve (11) of each cylinder (6). The engine has a device (50) which is configured to selectively add the volume of hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic push rod during a cycle of activating a sealed side (73) of the exhaust cam (29) to extend an opening time of the exhaust valve (11). The device (50) has a delay for a cam profile and removes the volume of the hydraulic oil added to a hydraulic piston from the hydraulic push rod while having a constant delay after the activation of the sealed side (73) in order to allow the exhaust valve (11) to return to a sheet (18) of the exhaust valve.
