<p>The present invention relates to an automation device for drying inside and removing bad smells of a regenerated drum cask, which comprises a first transport means receiving a regenerated drum cask washed with a washing solution, and successively transporting; a position controller controlling the position of the entrance located at the upper part of the regenerated drum cask by rotating the regenerated drum cask transported via the first transport means; a second transport means collecting the regenerated drum cask with the entrance position adjusted by the position controller, and successively transporting; an air injection means injecting air to the entrance of the regenerated drum cask transported via the second transport means to discharge the bad smells inside the regenerated drum cask and to dry; a guide means receiving the regenerated drum cask completed the bad smell removal and dry with the air injected via the air injection means while transporting via the second transport means, and guiding to transport; and a control box controlling the operation of the transport means, the position control means and the air injection means. A series of processes of transporting a regenerated drum cask, removing the bad smells and moisture in the regenerated drum cask, collecting the regenerated drum cask with the bad smells and moisture removed, and transporting are automatically performed, which accelerates the speed of the task, improves the processing performance of a regenerated drum cask, and is able to prevent failure occurrences of products by preventing artificial mistakes. Also, a series of processes are automatically performed so that an operator does not need to be arranged in near, and the operator is minimized to be directly exposed to volatile gas, which enables to secure the hygiene and safety of the operator.</p> |
