<p>The present invention relates to an embossed steel manufacturing apparatus using embossed cartridge and a method thereof. The embossed steel manufacturing apparatus to print an embossed pattern on a steel sheet comprising: an embossing roll on which an embossed pattern is printed to carve the embossed pattern on the steel sheet by pressure; a plurality of first bearing rolls located on the upper side of the embossing roll; a plurality of first support rolls located on the upper side of the first support rolls; an elastic roll located to be symmetric to the embossing roll and coming into contact with the lower side of the embossing roll a plurality of second bearing rolls located on the lower side of the elastic roll; and a plurality of second support rolls located on the lower side of the second bearing rolls, wherein the embossed cartridge makes the embossed pattern be carved on the rear side of the steel sheet because the embossed pattern protrudes toward the elastic roll while the elastic roll of the lower side is pressed along the embossed pattern by a pressure load of the embossing roll of the upper side when the steel sheet passes between the embossing roll and the elastic roll. When the embossing roll on which the embossed pattern is etched and the elastic roll of a rubber material are vertically symmetric in a state where they come into contact with each other and pressure is applied to the embossing roll of the upper side, the elastic roll of the lower side is pressed and the embossed pattern protrudes toward the elastic roll to be carved on the steel sheet, such that various patterns can be made by flexibility of the embossed pattern or depending on viewpoints.</p> |
