<p>A manufacturing method of a touch panel sensor sensing the contact position of a target object comprises a step of providing a first laminated film including a first release film, a first release coating layer formed on the first release film, a first hard coating layer formed on the first release coating layer, and a window decoration provided on the first hard coating layer; a step of placing the first laminated film on an upper glass substrate closely by a first flat adhesive layer as a medium; a step of exposing the first hard coating layer by removing the first release film; and a step of providing a first electrode pattern on the first hard coating layer. The first flat adhesive layer for planarization, the first hard coating layer, and the window decoration are projected on the upper glass substrate at a time.</p> |
