The present invention relates to a braking method and device for preventing the wheel locking during braking of an electric car using regenerative braking and, more particularly, to a braking method and device for preventing the wheel locking of an electric car in order to prevent a wheel locking phenomenon generated in a sudden stop by controlling torque of an electric motor used for the driving of the electric car. According to the present invention, the braking method and device for preventing the wheel locking solves the wheel locking phenomenon of a mechanical hydraulic brake device by intermittently outputting forward torque of a short time to the electric motor when the wheel locking phenomenon of the mechanical hydraulic brake device is generated.
