The present invention relates to a piercing and pinnacle shearing mold, comprising: an upper plate (20) connected to a shank to be moved upwards and downwards; a punch plate (30) provided at one side of the upper plate (20), and having an upper insert groove (42) dented inwards; an insert fixing plate (50) provided inside the punch plate (30), and fixing a piecing punch (52) and a pinnacle blade (56) for cutting a sheet material; an insert die (100) installed at a position spaced apart from the bottom portion of the insert fixing plate (50), having a punch insert hole (102) into which the piercing punch (52) is inserted, and supporting the sheet material; a master die (70) installed outside the insert die (100) and touching the punch plate (30); and a lower plate (80) installed below the master die (70) and supporting the master die (70), wherein the piercing punch (52) and the pinnacle blade (56) cut the sheet material to perform complete cutting and partial cutting. According to the present invention, the complete cutting and the partial cutting are simultaneously conducted, thereby shortening the working time and improving the working efficiency. Further, a sheet guide member is installed, thereby smoothly supplying the sheet material. Further, a pilot pin is inserted into a supply hole of the sheet material and thus the sheet material is fixed at the time of the complete cutting and the partial cutting, thereby reducing the defect ratio of the sheet material and preventing the increase in material costs due to the damage of the sheet material. |
