The present inventnion relates to a crystalline MCK-I or a crystalline MCK-II which is a polymorphic form of febuxostat, a method for manufacturing the polymorphic form of febuxostat, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polymorphic form of febuxostat. The novel crystalline according to the present invention is suitable for industrial mass production and is convenient to distribute as a product since storage stability is excellent.
