Provided is a throttle position detector suitable for an electric two-wheeled vehicle having a swing arm equipped inside with a battery, a motor, a control unit, etc. Inside of a swing arm that pivotally supports a rear wheel of an electric two-wheeled vehicle and that is freely swingably attached to a vehicle body, a battery, an electric motor for driving the rear wheel, and a board serving as a control device for controlling the electric motor are equipped. Coupling a throttle grip and a throttle position sensor by physical transmission means therebetween allows a configuration so that a turning angle of the throttle grip can be detected, and the throttle position sensor is attached to the board. The board is disposed with a planar portion oriented in a vehicle width direction. The throttle position sensor is attached to a surface at the outside in the vehicle width direction of the board so as to detect a turning angle of a sensor shaft and so that the sensor shaft is oriented in the vehicle width direction.
