BUILDING EXTENSION METHOD USING MODULAR UNIT FIXED TO ROOF SLAB CONCRETE

The present invention relates to a method for vertically extending a building by using a modular unit which is directly installed in a waterproof layer protection unit. The method for vertically extending a building includes a step of firstly installing an anchor bolt on the upper surface of the waterproof layer protection unit which is not a structure of an existing building; a step of extending the anchor bolt to the upper part of a horizontal track by installing the horizontal track on the upper surface of the waterproof layer protection unit in order for the anchor bolt to penetrate; and a step of directly connecting the modular unit to the waterproof layer protection unit by fastening the anchor bolt to the modular unit while the lower part of the modular unit is installed on the horizontal track to be supported.
