FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and can be used for sealing medical containers. The closure cap (1) for a medical container (4) comprises an injection supply channel (10) and a channel (30) for extraction of contents (5) of the container (4). The channel (30) for extraction is configured so that it protrudes into the container chamber (4) and is formed as a tapered cone (32) which has at least one predetermined breaking point (35) in the region of its apex. The said breaking point (35) is configured so that when it is pierced with the spike and the spike is inserted in the position of fully inserted spike at least one item of constriction covers the inserted spike circumferentially and holds it firmly, at that the cone (32) comprises an edge (40) of sealing on its inner side.
