FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: pile driving hammer comprises tubular body, impact body, impact body lift two hydraulic cylinders, fluid pressure control valve, pressure and discharge fluid lines. Two lift-drop devices are arranged at hydraulic cylinder rod ends and equipped with metal shields. Two proximity sensors are arranged at tubular body to interact with metal shields. Hydraulic cylinder piston ends make a closed working fluid chamber communicated via pipes while fluid pressure control valve interacts with cylinder rod ends only.EFFECT: accelerated fall of impact mass approximating to free fall velocity, replace ability, lower material input, simplified design.6 dwg |
