PURPOSE: A wireless network apparatus which provides a data communication channel by utilizing white spaces and a method thereof are provided to utilize a plurality of channels which are available within a white space band to provide a wireless internet service by converting a band and a bandwidth of a frequency which has been used into a band and a bandwidth of a white space. CONSTITUTION: A control unit (522) receives a radio frequency which has been used and information about a white space which is converted from the radio frequency band. The control unit selects an available channel within a white space band. First to N^th conversion units (524-526) identify information about a radio frequency which has been used in each unit. Each of the first to N^th conversion units converts the identified radio frequency band into a white space band. Each of the first to N^th conversion units transmits data through a channel which is available in the white space band.
