The present invention relates to a muscular strength exercise device for exercising arms and legs. The muscular strength exercise device includes: a case; a cylinder which is arranged in the case in a longitudinal direction; a piston which is inserted into the cylinder; a pair of the pressing units one of which is connected to the piston, and which can move along a groove formed on the bottom surface of the case and is connected to each other; and a load forming unit which is connected to the cylinder and generates loads during the left and right movement of the piston. |
