The present invention relates to a treatment method of a decontamination liquid waste of radioactive metal waste and more specifically, the present invention injects a fluid including a base into the decontamination liquid waste of the radioactive metal waste containing a metal ion and an acid, and performs electrodialysis on the decontamination liquid waste in which the metal ion is deposited as a metal hydroxide, and increases electrodialysis efficiency by solving a blocking phenomenon of an ion exchange film caused by the metal hydroxide. The present invention simplifies a decontamination process by reusing the base collected by electrodialysis in a pH control process of the decontamination liquid waste containing the metal ion and the acid, without the additional use of any chemicals in the treatment step of decontamination liquid waste, thereby reducing costs. The present invention reuses the acid collected by the electrodialysis in the decontamination process and separates and recycles the deposited metal hydroxide, thereby minimizing the generation of secondary waste in the whole decontamination process.
