A coaxial connector according to the present invention includes a mold provided therein with a pin hole into which an external terminal inserted; a switching unit installed in the mold to control the electrical connection by the external terminal inserted into the pin hole; and an external cell coupled with an outer portion of the mold. The switching unit includes a movable terminal installed in the mold and elastically deformed in a vertical direction according to the connection state of the external terminal; a fixed terminal installed in opposition to the movable terminal in the mold and connected with the movable terminal according to the connection state between the external terminal and the movable terminal; and a housing manufactured through the insert-molding scheme so that outer portions of the movable terminal and the fixed terminal are gripped and coupled. Therefore, according to embodiments of the present invention, the movable terminal and the fixed terminal are integrally formed with each other through a plastic process, thereby improving the precision of the coaxial connector, and improving the productivity of the coaxial connector. In addition, one part in which the housing, the fixed terminal, and the movable terminal are integrally formed with each other through the insert molding scheme, that is, the switching unit is provided. In addition, since the housing, that is, the switching unit, in which the fixed terminal and the movable terminal are integrally coupled with each other is coupled in the mold, a stable assembly can be manufactured without the deformation of the terminal. When comparing with a conventional technology, since an assembly clearance is reduced, flux or a solder solution can be prevented from being infiltrated. |
