The present invention relates to a manhole grating apparatus which has functions for controlling rainwater and blocking solid waste. The manhole grating apparatus includes: a cap part (10) which blocks the rainwater path (5) of a grating (1) body and is installed to be able to open and close by rotation; a cap connecting part (15) which is connected to the lower part of the grating (1) body by being fixated on both ends or one end of the rotation cap (11) of the cap part (10) and respectively connects multiple rotation caps (11); a water collecting pipe (20) in which rainwater which passes through the rainwater path (5) flows down by being attached to the outside of the lower part of the grating (1) and being formed in a funnel shape which becomes narrow as a direction goes down; a spinning wheel (40) in which one end is fixated on the lower part of the grating (1) body and the other end spins by the inflow of rainwater which passes through the water collecting pipe (20) and a support column (30) which supports the spinning wheel; and a link part (50) which connects the rotation part (10) with the spinning wheel (40). The cap part (10) is included inside the rainwater path (50) of the grating (1) body, has a thickness in an inverse triangle with a rotation axis (13) which is formed across an upper center, is installed as many as the number of rainwater paths (5), and includes the rotation cap (11) which rotates around the rotation axis (13) and has the size of an upper side which is formed to be 2-3 mm smaller than the rainwater path (5). |
