The present invention relates to a computer-assisted diagnostic apparatus and a method thereof. The computer-assisted diagnosis method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lesion attribute extraction step of extracting the attribute values of lesions from a photographed image of the lesions; an additional information input step of receiving additional information to be used for the diagnosing the lesions; and a step of deriving a diagnosis result of the lesions based on the combination of the attribute values of the lesions and the additional information.
