The present invention relates to a method of producing recombinant proteins using plant callus, and is characterized by comprising: (a) a step of introducing a specific protein gene to a plant callus cell; (b) a step of culturing the plant callus cell and picking out somatic embryos; (c) a step of culturing the somatic embryos so as to induce transformed callus cells; and (d) a step of suspension culturing the induced transformed callus cells.
