The present invention relates to a casting control method of ultra low carbon steel which controls the quality of ultra low carbon steel by controlling the discharge amount of molten steel depending on the sulfur content in the molten steel, and provides: a step for determining a target pin hole index and the width of casting; a step for controlling the sulfur content of the molten steel through a second tempering process and for calculating the actual sulfur content of the molten metal; a step for calculating the discharge amount of required molten steel according to the target pin hole index, the width of a product, and the sulfur content of the molten steel; and a step for starting casting by judging whether the discharge amount of the required molten steel compared with the predetermined reference discharge amount is over the reference discharge amount or not.
