PURPOSE: A portable isothermal nucleotide amplification device is provided to facilitate disease diagnosis by nucleotide amplification and to enable an ordinary user to react quickly by diagnosing on the spot. CONSTITUTION: A portable isothermal nucleotide amplification device (100) comprises a main body (110); a power part (120) contained in the main body; a sample reaction part (130) for maintaining a constant temperature in a sample tube by generating heat when power is supplied from the power part; and a control part (150) for controlling heat generated in the sample reaction part. |
