FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a packaging container of large volume for bitumen, made from the flexible material and having prior to the filling approximately the shape of a truncated pyramid. Object of the invention is to provide a packaging container of large size, which at the time of filling of liquid bitumen is self-stabilising and stands freely while loading from above. The packaging container of large volume for bitumen is made from the flexible material and has prior to the filling the approximate shape of a truncated pyramid. At that the container is closed at the upper side of the parallel surface of the bottom and preferably has a central filling opening with the closing wall. To achieve spontaneous stabilisation during filling or stability during storage the fabric forming the walls in the range of the temperatures from 100°C to 110°C has in a direction of warp and weft the elongation of 10-25%, preferably 15-20%. At that to stabilise the fabric from efforts emerging diagonally to warp and weft in the lower part of panels of fabric forming the side walls the stabilising means are made such as folds, seams, or stabilising means such as tapes are sewn into it.EFFECT: creation of a packaging container of large size, which at the time of filling of liquid bitumen is self-stabilising and stands freely while loading from above.8 cl, 2 dwg |
