FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises water feed pipeline, running cars with wheels with pushers and fluid cylinders with actuator L-like two-arm levers. Said levers have larger and smaller arms articulated with hydraulic cylinder and wheel pushers. Mechanical brake is articulated with torsion spring at running car frame. L-like lever small arm is composed by corner plate. Wheel pushers are connected with vertical lever articulated via the plate with corner piece to make the clearance between vertical lever and corner pierce to allow said vertical lever to make an angular turn. Mechanical brake is articulated by rope with vertical lever end. Invention differs from known designs in that vertical lever has parallel vertical rows of bores for fastening of said lever to aforesaid plate.EFFECT: controlled running gear brake operation interval, ruled out high inertial loads, damages and faults.3 dwg
