The present invention relates to a foaming tablet-type silicate fertilizer composition using a water floating agent. The composition is mixed with 5-50 wt% of silicate, 30-70 wt% of a foaming agent, 10-15 wt% of a binder, 5.5-15.5 wt% of a diluting agent, and 4.5-15 wt% of a water floating agent. Borosilicate is used as the water floating agent of the composition. 4.5 wt% of the borosilicate is mixed with the foaming tablet-type silicate fertilizer composition. Even though the foaming tablet-type silicate fertilizer composition mixed with borosilicate is fertilized by being thrown, the composition is not stuck in a rice paddy but floats on water. When the silicate fertilizer composition floats on water, the fertilized silicate fertilizer composition is uniformly supplied to the overall rice paddy so that the diffusibility of the fertilizer composition is remarkably improved. Moreover, the fed silicate fertilizer composition is uniformly supplied throughout the overall growth period of rice so that the rice can be healthily grown.
