The present invention relates to a corner assembly unit of a door frame which can reduce the number of parts and assembly steps by integrating a connecting member with a roller bracket fixing portion as a single unit, can easily and accurately assemble a roller bracket associated with the horizontal alignment of rollers provided to the door by providing the connecting member with a convex fastening portion, thereby improving the assembling productivity and the product property, and can utilize a resin material as a material by increasing the fastening force, while reducing the material. The corner assembly unit includes two frame members, of which a front end is cut at 45 degrees, provided at a front portion with a panel insertion portion and at a rear portion with a T-slot type insertion groove and a recess portion extending outwardly from the T-slot type insertion groove. Also the corner assembly unit includes a L-shaped connecting member inserted into the T-slot type insertion groove of the frame member to connect two frame members at a right angle. The connecting member has a right-angled connecting portion connecting the two frame members, and a roller bracket fixing portion extending from one side of the right-angled connecting portion and formed integrally with each other. The connecting member has a flat body, and is formed as a convex fastening portion formed by protruding a fastening portion, to which a screw is fastened, from one side or both sides of the body, to have a thickness larger than that of the flat body. |
