Disclosed are a rotor lock control system and method for a wind power generator. The rotor lock control system according to an embodiment of the present invention is remotely managed by a central control system on land, and comprises: a rotor lock disc fixed to the hub of a rotor which is a rotating body, having multiple disc holes formed with the rotational axis of the rotor as the center, and having multiple marking points corresponding to the respective disc holes; a rotor lock cylinder installed at a main frame which is a fixed body, and inserting a fixing rod in the disc hole according to an applied operation signal in order to fix the rotor not to rotate; a camera installed at the side of the rotor lock cylinder, and photographing the marking points moving along the rotation of the rotor; and a controller analyzing an image obtained from the camera according to a rotor lock operation command transmitted from the central control system, and then operating the rotor lock cylinder when the center of the marking point is matched with the center of the image.
