Disclosed are a stretchable base plate, a stretchable organic light emitting display device using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed stretchable organic light emitting display device includes: a stretchable base plate which includes first metal electrodes which form a plurality of rows with a separate state and are dispersedly arranged on a stretchable substrate and a first power wire which connects the first metal electrodes according to each row; a light emitting layer which is formed on the stretchable base plate; second metal electrodes which are arranged on the light emitting layer in rows to face the first metal electrodes; a second power wire which connects the second metal electrodes according to each row; and an encapsulating substrate which covers the second power wire. According to this configuration, a stretchable product with a smooth stretchable operation is formed by suppressing a crack on the metal electrode in the stretchable operation.
