The present invention relates to a system for controlling a ventricular assist device by diagnosing the condition of the heart. According to the system for controlling the ventricular assist device of the present invention, the system maintains the blood flow circulation of a patient when a blood ejection function of the heart is severely weakened, and prevents the damage to other organs. The system offers an effect of reducing control errors of the ventricular assist device and the generation of heart diseases capable of being occurred on the patient by using the ventricular assist device by controlling the blood ejection amount and blood ejection period of the ventricular assist device through measuring the electromyogram of the heart.
