A liquid granulating device by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a liquid spraying unit spraying liquid into liquid particles in the air; a liquid particle transfer unit contacting the liquid particles sprayed by the liquid spraying unit and falling on the upper surface, and transferring the liquid particles to one direction; and a liquid particle granulating unit cooling the liquid particles during the transferring process of the liquid particles by the liquid particle transfer unit to one direction for granulating the liquid particles into solid particles. |
