PURPOSE: A method for preparing a specific gene-introduced adult stem cell line is provided to transform into a gene encoding HGF(hepatocyte growth factor) and to effectively treat liver cirrhosis. CONSTITUTION: A umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cell line has introduced HGF(hepatocyte growth factor). A method for preparing the adult stem cell line in which HGF gene is introduced comprises: a step of culturing the adult stem cells; a step of transducing(transformation) of HGF gene into the adult stem cells; a step of selecting adult stem cells; and a step of selectively culturing the selected adult stem cells. A composition for preventing or treating liver diseases contains the mesenchymal stem cell line. |
