The present invention relates to an interface panel for display and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically, to an interface panel capable of improving the transmission ratio and the visibility and reducing the manufacturing cost and a manufacturing method thereof. To do so, the present invention includes a transparent insulation member; a first electrode layer which is formed along a first direction on one side of the transparent insulation member; and a second electrode layer which is formed along a second direction on the other side of the transparent insulation member.
