The present invention relates to a gas discharging device for a packing container and, more specifically, to a gas discharging device for a packing container capable of preventing the decomposition and oxidation of contents contained in a container and the emission of moisture contained in the container by preventing the inflow of outdoor air while discharging the internal gas of the container to the outside. The gas discharging device for a packing container comprises: a body having a container attachment surface attached to the packing container and an air hole formed at the center of the container attachment surface; a gas discharge opening and closing member mounted on an upper mounting groove formed on the inner surface of the upper part of the body, and opening and closing the air hole; and a cover member coupled to the top of the body, having one or more gas discharge holes, and pressing and fixing the gas discharge opening and closing member to and on the upper mounting groove.
