摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention aims at finding topographic-anatomical lachrymal landmarks in digital dacryoradiography (DDRG) and multispiral computed tomography (MSCT). The topographic-anatomical lachrymal landmarks are found in relation to an orbit and a maxillary sinus. A line between the centres of the medial and lateral orbital walls is used as landmarks for recognition of boundaries of the upper and lower lachrymal ducts and an apex of the lachrymal sac. A line limiting the upper two thirds of the orbit is used to recognise an interface of the lachrymal sac and the upper one-third of a nasolachrymal duct. A line drawn through the mid-distance from the line limiting the upper two thirds of the orbit to the line limiting the upper one-third of the maxillary sinus is used to recognise the interface of the upper and middle one-third of the nasolachrymal duct. The line limiting the upper and middle one-thirds of the nasolachrymal duct is used to recognise the interface of the middle and lower one-thirds of the nasolachrymal duct. The line limiting the middle and lower one-thirds of the maxillary sinus and an orifice of the nasolachrymal duct is used to recognise the interface of the lower one-third of the nasolachrymal duct.EFFECT: localising the pathological process in the lachrymal passages precisely that is ensured by using a complex of topographic-anatomical landmarks in relation to the orbit and the maxillary sinus.4 dwg, 2 ex
