The present invention relates to a magnesium alloy with high heat conductivity for casting and, specifically, to a magnesium alloy to obtain heat-conductivity of 70 W/m·K or more at room temperature by adding aluminum (Al), tin (Sn), and calcium oxide (CaO) to magnesium (Mg). The present invention provides a magnesium alloy casting product and the high heat-conductivity magnesium alloy comprising 3-5 wt% of aluminum (Al), 1-5 wt% of tin (Sn), 0.3-1.5 wt% of calcium, and residues including magnesium (Mg) and unavoidable impurities.
