The present invention relates to a method for processing sorghum bicolor with high biological activity and a product using the same. The method for processing sorghum bicolor with high biological activity according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of producing puffed cookies by putting sorghum bicolor grains into a mold. The mold is operated at 180-220 deg. C. The biological activity is antioxidative or hypoglycemic activity.
