The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a performance based structure of a large structure comprising a step for modeling the framework of the large structure by inputting an input condition to a plurality of structure members comprising the framework of the large structure; a step for previously setting the change amount of one or more specific structure members or an approved limited value of stress distribution; a step for inputting a load of structure members according to a construction order of the framework; a step for calculating the change amount or the stress distribution value generated in the structure members; and a step for determining the performance influence of a specific structure member by comparing the approved limited value of the specific structure member with the change amount or the stress distribution value of the specific structure member. The present invention is provided to determine the performance influence of the specific structure members by setting the change amount of the specific structure member of the approved limited value of the stress distribution.
