METHOD FOR DETECTING SOFTWARE PLAGIARISM BASED UPON ANALYSIS ON CALL FREQUENCY OF APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACES

Disclosed is a method for detecting software plagiarism by using application programing interface (API) call frequency analysis. The method for detecting the software plagiarism according to the present invention comprises an API call feature information extracting step for extracting the API call feature information of a first program and a second program; and a similarity determining step for determining the similarity between the first program and the second program by comparing the API call feature information of the first program with the API call feature information of the second program. The present invention is provided to effectively detect the software plagiarism with an only software bus mark extracted by analyzing the execution files of compared object programs.
